Grader Products

Grader wear parts are high-contact components like blades/cutting edges, end bits, scarifier teeth, and carbide tools that endure abrasive materials, leading to rapid wear. They require replacement to maintain grading efficiency and prevent damage to main components like the moldboard, with lubrication, regular inspection, and timely replacement being crucial for longevity.

Cutting Edges & Blades are the primary tools that scrape and level material; they come in different shapes (straight, curved), thicknesses, materials (carbon steel, boron steel) for specific tasks, with wear being a constant factor.

End Bits are located at the blade's ends. They protect the blade's edges and help contain material, wearing down quickly during aggressive grading.

Scarifier Teeth/Bits are used at the front or rear to break up hard surfaces. These teeth are designed to be sacrificial, wearing down as they loosen compacted ground.

Replaceable Carbide Tools are the system's primary innovation with its use of individual, conical, carbide-tipped bits that fit into a heat-treated adapter board attached to a motor grader's moldboard. These bits are extremely hard and wear-resistant, designed for high penetration in tough conditions.
