Rubber Tracks
Equipment rubber tracks are durable, flexible track systems for machinery like mini-excavators and loaders, offering less surface damage, quieter operation, and better comfort than steel tracks. By distributing weight over a large area, rubber tracks provide good traction on varied terrain (mud, asphalt, grass) but require specific maintenance and full replacement if damaged internally. They feature internal steel cords for strength, various tread patterns for different conditions, and lower ground pressure, making them ideal for sensitive environments.
Structure: Composed of durable rubber with embedded steel cords (links) that engage with the machine's sprockets (gears) for propulsion.
Tread Patterns (Lugs): Different designs (Block, C-Lug, Zig-Zag, V-Track) provide specific traction for mud, snow, rock, or general use.
